Cybake Integrates with Dill Labelling Software to Streamline Bakery Operations

Cybake has announced a full integration with Dill labelling software, bringing labelling and production data together in one connected system. Based in Swansea, UK, Dill is a food labelling platform that helps businesses create and print labels with ingredients, allergens, and expiry dates.

With this integration, product, recipe, allergens and nutrition data from Cybake flows directly into Dill. This ensures labels are always based on the most up-to-date information, removing the need for teams to re-enter data or manually transfer details. The result is improved accuracy, time savings, and consistency across all products.

The integration also supports compliance with regulations such as Natasha’s Law, where clear ingredient and allergen labelling is essential.

This requirement is expanding beyond the UK, with similar legislation being introduced in the United States. New rules in New York State will require food businesses to clearly label allergens on food prepared and packaged on-site from November2026. The Cybake-Dill integration will help bakeries stay prepared for these changes without adding extra workload.

“This integration removes the biggest friction in labelling: data entry,” said Alex Coldea, CEO, Dill. “Recipe changes in Cybake reflect instantly in Dill – zero manual input, faster production and labelling ops for our end users. Every label is fully compliant and traceable: use-by dates, regulated font sizes, automatic allergen bold formatting with data from Cybake. With new regulations hitting NY this year, bakeries across the UK and US now have one connected system to stay ahead of both markets.”

Overall, the integration provides a simple way for bakeries to make labelling faster, more accurate, and easier to manage as part of day-to-day operations.
