Kampffmeyer Focuses on Health, Wellbeing and Clean Label at HiE 2014

At this year’s Health Ingredients Europe (HiE), Kampffmeyer Food Innovation will pick up on three major consumer trends: health, wellbeing and clean label. The company emphasize three products at the show trade: Vein of Gold, SnowWheat and Purafarin Hydrosoft.

Kampffmeyer Food Innovation’s experts will be on hand throughout the event to offer insights into different application areas and to explain the possibilities for diverse health claims.

With its Vein of Gold® wheat aleurone and Snow®Wheat whole grain micro granules, the sensory properties of light-coloured baked goods can be combined with the nutritional profile of whole grain products.

With Purafarin Hydrosoft, manufacturers of white bread and toast bread, baguettes and fine baked goods such as muffins and cookies can respond to the increasing demand for Clean Label products. Even when used at low dosages, the ingredient has a positive impact on crumb consistency, bite and texture, and it is proven to be ideal for use in Deep Pan pizza dough.
