New Vice President for Coupe du Monde Pastry Team USA

American pastry chef Nathaniel Reid, the chef/owner of Nathaniel Reid Bakery in St. Louis, has been appointed as the vice president of the Coupe du Monde Team USA executive board. This prestigious role places Chef Reid in a leadership position as the team prepares for the upcoming Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (World Pastry Cup) in Lyon, France.

Chef Reid, who has been recognized as US Pastry Chef of the Year, is renowned for his skill, innovation and artistry. Chef Reid will collaborate with some of the industry’s most esteemed professionals, including world champions and top pastry chefs, to guide Team USA towards excellence on the global stage.

The new executive board is led by president Chef Stéphane Chéramy. With a focus on innovation, education and sustainability, it aims to elevate American pastry to new heights, inspire the next generation of pastry chefs and ensure a strong presence in the international culinary arena.
