The ingredients are the first in a range of citrus-based dietary fibers with texturising capabilities that Ingredion is offering to support the growing Nutrition, Health and Wellness trend and the accelerated demand for clean label. These citrus fibers can improve nutritional profiles and label appeal in a wide range of applications such as meat and dairy alternatives, dressings, sauces, baked goods and meat. By nature, they deliver a unique texture, enable the replacement of undesirable and costly ingredients, and extend and stabilize texture over shelf-life to reduce environmental impact.

FIBERTEX CF citrus fibers contain >90% dietary fiber and are naturally gluten-free. These fibers’ inherent ability to control moisture and bind fat in a variety of applications complement Ingredion’s NOVATION and HOMECRAFT functional native starch and flour ranges.
