New stainless steel mixer unveiled by Japanese company

Japanese manufacturer Aicohsha Manufacturing has launched a new stainless steel multi-purpse mixer.

The Mighty S30 in a tall boy style has a smooth and easy cleanable stainless steel surface. It has a high floor clearance for sanitary requirements and thanks to its high positioned bowl reception, the bowl can be easily handled.

Thanks to the highly effective planetary mixing action, whipped foam is more stable and the binding of gluten improves.

It has a user-friendly plastic sealed control panel and an oil-free gearbox.

During the mixing process, the consistency of the dough can be checked and ingredients can be added safely.

A seal, that prevents grease from spilling and flour from entering, is fitted as standard equipment to the spring clutch.

It is also equipped with the company’s patented removable/washable safety cover. For further safety, a proximity switch, which is insensitive to flour interference, is installed.
