US Debut: Artisan SFE EC Dough Sheeting Line

Making its first appearance in the US, the Artisan SFE EC is engineered for sustainable, zero-waste dough production. The “EC” or “Easy Clean” design minimizes downtime for maintenance and product changeovers, while its compact footprint maximizes space efficiency.

  • Endless dough sheeting with no edge trim — zero dough waste

  • Dough throughput: up to 9,000 pieces/h (6-row operation)

  • Hopper volume: 60 litres

  • Sheet width: up to 240 mm

Fortuna Semi-Automatic Machine: Compact and Versatile

Also on show is the Fortuna semi-automatic machine, designed for space-constrained operations without compromising output quality. The machine delivers round, high dough pieces and functions reliably as a dough divider.
