Regal Rexnord Launches New KleanTop PacTitan Pro Belt at Anuga FoodTec 2022

Regal Rexnord Corporation, a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of electric motors and controls, power generation products and power transmission components, will display three new products in the Rexnord® KleanTop® line. The PacTitan Pro™ Belt will be presented for the first time ever at a European trade show alongside a new series of Active Drive™ Spiral Belts AND new 1600 Plastic Belt Series at ANUGA FOODTEC 2022, booth A010 in Hall 7.1.

Visitors to the company booth can view a demonstration of the PacTitan Pro, a robust, food-safe stainless steel metal belt. The PacTitan Pro is designed to stand up to harsh applications like frying, battering and breading with an innovative design that extends the life of the belt more than 6 times longer than average metal belts.

Regal Rexnord will also feature a new series of Active Drive Spiral Cage Belts. These belts are designed to be actively driven from the inside edge by the drum via canonical tips, reducing the risk of overdrive. Customers can choose from three different belt styles to meet the needs of their application: Grid-style, link-style and rod-only belts. Customers see immediate benefits when converting to an Active Drive system versus a legacy low-tension spiral cage system such as elimination of both overdrive and the need for constant monitoring resulting in a more reliable system.

Also on display is the new Rexnord® 1600 KleanTop® Belt Series. These food-safe plastic belts are designed for strength and stiffness and can be dropped in as a replacement part for most similar competitive belts without switching out sprockets.
