New Help in Decorating Desserts: Cola and Raspberry Chocolate Cups

Pecan Deluxe Candy (Europe) Ltd has launched a new selection of flavoured centred chocolate cups and shapes – inclusions and decorative pieces for creating desserts, cakes and baked goods.

The leading inclusion specialist’s cola and raspberry chocolate cups, which are ideal for ice cream and almost any other inclusion application, have been developed entirely on the company’s Leeds site and can be packaged in a variety of formats such as bagged, boxed and tubs.

Available in frozen or ambient temperature formats, the chocolate cups weigh in at 1 – 1.5g and can be made using white, dark or milk chocolate. The new taste sensations cola and raspberry join a plethora of exciting flavours, including caramel fudge and truffle, available from the company. However, the chocolate cups can also be designed by Pecan Deluxe to the customer’s own unique specifications.

Complementing the new range of chocolate cups, the company has also developed white and milk chocolate pigs (great in dark chocolate ice cream) to extend its multitude of shape options, which include monkeys and hearts – perfect for Valentine’s Day promotions. Alternatively, for something different, try the new mouth-watering dark chocolate Jaffa filled cup.

Dark, milk, white or compound variations of chocolate means there are shapes to suit all tastes whether in low melt, perfect for ice cream and other desserts, and high melt for ambient applications – and the company says more new creations are coming soon.

Pecan Deluxe’s managing director, Graham Kingston, explained: “Pecan Deluxe is wholly focused on the delivery of class-leading inclusions. The company is constantly innovating to meet demand from a growing number of manufacturers for new flavour and texture options.”

“Having led the way with our original caramel product, we are delighted to unveil our cola and raspberry flavoured chocolate cups. These delicious additions to our massive selection of inclusions make us the one-stop shop for ice cream and frozen dessert manufacturers looking to produce ever more indulgent creations”, he mentioned.
