Plant Expansion

Nikken Foods USA, Incorporated has recently expanded its plant in Fukuroi Japan. A new state-of-the-art spray drier is now in operation.

The company has manufacturing and distribution facilities around the world producing a wide variety of natural savoury flavours and soy sauce powders. The company
is a pioneer in new product development and innovative production techniques.
“The new spray drier will enhance business growth in America as well as around the world,” said Herb Bench, Executive Vice President. “It has the capacity to produce 100
metric tons per month.”
The facility was built to the company’s strict zoning codes in order to prevent any contamination. It has been designed with a fully automatic cleaning system to ensure the highest quality standards. The new spray drier will produce approximately 90 products. The production automatisation has improved the working environment.
