Ingredion Introduces ‘Pursuit of Health’ Report for APAC F&B Manufacturers

Ingredion recently presented Pursuit of Health, an insights-led series that explores key drivers of consumers’ health and wellness priorities in Asia Pacific. The initiative identifies trends that food and beverage manufacturers can leverage as opportunities in the growing market to create winning products that capture consumer interest.

Pursuit of Health seeks to address the growing trend amongst consumers for healthier and more sustainable products, and offers a perspective into the potential business opportunities for food and beverage manufacturers.

Through Pursuit of Health, Ingredion will present original content supported by proprietary insights and data on several key consumer trends and behavior.

The opening theme explores ‘Indulgent Eating for Stress Relief’, an especially important topic as consumers navigate lifestyle changes and evolving lifestyle priorities. Presented through a trend report, Ingredion highlights the growing development amongst consumers who are turning to food to relieve stress and anxiety. The report also uncovers the underlying conflict consumers have with balancing indulgence with healthy eating and analyses what these insights and data mean for innovation in the food and beverage industry.
