Koelnmesse and PMMI’s strategic partnership is extending
The existing partnership between Koelnmesse GmbH, the organizer of nutrition-related trade fairs in Europe and Asia, and the PMMI Association for Packaging & Processing Technologies, the organizer of processing and packaging technology trade shows in the US and Mexico, is being expanded.
A corresponding agreement was signed during Anuga FoodTec 2015 in Cologne, March 24-27.
The focal point of the agreement is the cooperation between Koelnmesse and PMMI to organize a new premiere event in North America in spring of 2017. The event will focus on food processing and packaging, thus will meet the needs of international industry players even more effectively.
These companies have been strategic partners since 2011. Their goal is to provide food technology companies with customized exhibition concepts to help tap international markets.
Koelnmesse and PMMI thereby use the respective partner fairs for promotional campaigns and offer companies targeted exhibition opportunities at the partner’s selected events. Starting in 2017, a new joint project is scheduled for North America to adequately reflect the process technology theme for the food and beverage industry.

Koelnmesse, as the organizer of supplier trade fairs for the food and beverage industry, such as Anuga FoodTec, ProSweets Cologne, ANUTEC BRAZIL, International FoodTec India and India International Dairy Expo.
