Ingredion names Pierre Perez Y Landazuri general manager of EMEA region

Ingredion Incorporated, a global provider of ingredient solutions to diversified industries, has recently announced that Pierre Perez Y Landazuri has been appointed vice president and general manager, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). 

With management responsibility for the region’s financial and operational performance, Perez Y Landazuri is leading the development and execution of the region’s business strategy, driving the planning and delivery of annual profit goals and overseeing all major functions.  

Before joining Ingredion, Perez Y Landazuri was vice president and general manager of Asia-Pacific at CP Kelco, a global producer of specialty hydrocolloid ingredients.  Also at CP Kelco, he held a number of marketing, sales and product management roles of increasing responsibility in Europe and the Middle East. Early in his career, Perez Y Landazuri worked at Rohm and Haas, BASF and Hercules in sales, marketing and engineering positions.  

A native of France, Perez Y Landazuri holds a master’s degree in chemical process engineering from ENSCP Graduate School of Chemistry in Paris.
