GoodMills to Sell Bakery Shops in Romania to a Former Manager of the Company

The GoodMills group has sold its shops in Romania − Bakers’ House and Belforno Fresh, which specialize in fresh bakery and pastry products − to Bake Expert SRL, a company owned by a former manager.

The company is owned by Dragos Serb, who was retail director at GoodMills Romania, and was in charge of the administration of the two retail networks.

“My goal is to continue to develop these two networks. By the end of 2017, we plan to have 30 shops under the Bakers’ House (Casa Brutarilor) brand. We currently have 12 operational shops, and we intend to rebrand three or four Belforno Fresh shops as Bakers’ House. We will also give a facelift to the Belforno Fresh brand, which has now 33 shops,” said Serb.

All 45 of the Bakers’ House and Belforno Fresh shops located ob GoodMills property. GoodMills is exiting the retail business through this move, although the company will retain the bread factory and the mills.
