Capway adds vacuum control system to depanner
The Capway Depanner by Capway Systems is now available with an Automatic Vacuum Control System specially designed to eliminate product damage due to increased vacuum pressure when the chamber is covered with products.

As a result, with or without product covering the vacuum cups, the vacuum pressure stays the same. With the addition of the Automatic Control Vacuum System, Capway Depanners are now fully automated and menu driven.
The inline Capway Depanners are designed to depan bread, rolls, pizza and a wide range of pan baked products. The depanners are available with and without delidders and in a wide range of options.
