Win-Win & Keylink Partner for UK Exclusive Distribution Deal

Win-Win has signed an exclusive UK distribution agreement with Keylink, making Win-Win the first and only cocoa-free chocolate alternative range available through the Keylink portfolio.

Under the agreement, Keylink will distribute a selection of Win-Win’s cocoa-free chocolate alternatives to its UK customer base of chefs, chocolatiers and bakers. The range includes Milk, Dark and White variants, supplied in 10 kg formats as Easymelt chips and bake-stable drops.

The partnership comes as the global chocolate sector faces mounting structural challenges, including climate volatility, crop disease and increasing pressure on cocoa supply chains, all contributing to price instability and long-term availability concerns. Win-Win positions its cocoa-free alternatives as a solution to these pressures, offering a more resilient and sustainable option for professional users.

Win-Win’s products are based on abundant cereals and legumes, such as rice, rather than cocoa beans. Using a proprietary fermentation process designed to replicate the complex flavour profile of chocolate, combined with conventional chocolate-making techniques including roasting, grinding, refining and tempering, the company produces cocoa-free alternatives that perform like traditional chocolate in terms of tempering, baking, appearance and texture.

Designed to be scalable and adaptable, the products can be used across a wide range of applications, including cookies, cakes, pastries, ice cream and desserts. According to the company, they can function either as a chocolate extender or as a direct replacement, without requiring additional equipment or specialist training.

With the agreement, Keylink adds a cocoa-free alternative to its portfolio of premium chocolate and ingredient brands, reflecting growing interest from the bakery and confectionery sectors in future-proofing formulations against cocoa supply risk.
