AB Mauri North America Names New President

Former Archer Daniels Midland executive Brent Fenton was named president of St. Louis-based AB Mauri North America, a leader in yeast and bakery ingredient solutions.

Fenton succeeds Mark Prendergast, who was named to the new position of global markets director to focus on novel business development projects.

Fenton, who spent 26 years at ADM, served most recently as president of its global amino acids group. He held multiple executive leadership positions in its global animal nutrition business unit and oilseed processing units in both Europe and North America, as well as regional president of the Europe Middle East Africa region.

Fenton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
