Filling and depositing systems producer Hinds-Bock has recently announced the promotion of Rod Gregg to executive vice president.
Gregg’s career with Hind-Bock started 32 years ago, in 1987, when he was hired as a parts and sales person. He was promoted to general sales manager in 1992 and in 2012 VP of sales. Rod is a 25-year member of ASB and has been with BEMA for many years.
Gregg was instrumental in developing the bakery equipment side of the business for the past 25 years, as well as managing an extensive representation network for both the food and bakery markets for Hinds-Bock. He is a key salesperson with over USD120m in personal machinery sales and is extremely dedicated to Hinds-Bock, the company says.
Now with more than 30 years of experience, he will manage the sales and marketing departments. He will also continue to develop relationships with both the bakery & protein groups within Middleby, as well as continue as part of the sales team for Auto-Bake Serpentine. Gregg will also assist company president Gary Hinds in strategic decisions regarding the company.
“I’m really looking forward to all the new responsibilities and challenges. It’s a wonderful opportunity that I’m very grateful for. We have a great team of people at Hinds-Bock that I’m confident will serve us well into the future. Combined with the strength of Middleby, Hinds-Bock has a very bright future ahead!” he said.
