IMCD to Acquire TECOM Ingredients
IMCD, the Rotterdam-based distributor and formulator of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has agreed to acquire 100 percent of TECOM Ingredients S.A., a Spanish food-industry distributor headquartered in Molins de Rei, near Barcelona.
Founded in 1996, TECOM serves the Iberian food & nutrition sector with a portfolio spanning savoury, bakery and pastry, dairy and plant-based beverages, confectionery, meat and ready meals, plus health and nutrition solutions. With a team of 16 specialists, the company generated ca. EUR18m in revenues during the 2024 financial year.

Subject to customary closing conditions, the transaction is expected to complete in Q2 2025.
