Puratos Russia officially opened, in March, its new innovation center, located on the current premises of the factory in the Podolsk region.
With the opening of its new 472 square meters innovation center, Puratos Russia can provide partners and clients in the region a facility to create innovative bakery, patisserie and chocolate products and applications.
To ensure this, two demonstration areas for Bakery and Patisserie gather modern equipment for the development of new ideas, tracking consumer trends and putting technologies into practice, as well as hands-on interaction with customers.
An official ceremony of cutting the symbolic red ribbon was hosted by the general manager of Puratos Russia, Natalia Petrenko, and president and general manager of Elmos, a real estate company, Nikolay Makovlev.
The marketing team shared latest development trends in and for the Russian Bakery and Patisserie markets. During coffee breaks and the lunch, attendees were also invited to taste finished products, developed in accordance with the trends presented previously.
At the innovation center, an auditorium will welcome upcoming presentations and trainings for up to 65 persons and a Chocolate Café was also inaugurated acting as the ultimate place for inspiration and exchanging knowledge on chocolate, sharing experience and supporting our partners’ business.
