Ramesh Mago Elected AIBMA President 10th Time in a Row

The All India Bread Manufacturer’s Association (AIBMA) has elected Ramesh Mago, chairman and managing director, Kitty Bread, Ludhiana, as president of the Association for the 10th time in a row.

The elections were organized with the occasion of AIBMA’s 32nd annual general meeting at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on March 14.

AIBMA is an apex organization, which has been looking after interests of diverse bread industry throughout the country since 1978. Its membership comprises bread manufacturing units in large and small scale sectors from all over India.

NL Mehta, Modern Food Enterprises Pvt Ltd, was elected as senior vice-president, Arvind Singhal , Britannia Industries Ltd, as vice-president and Sundeep Ahuja, managing director, Milkmade Foods India, Lucknow, as honorary treasurer. All were elected unopposed to their respective roles.

Michael Wippler, president, German Bakers Federation, was among attendees. Wippler and his team presented perspective of German bakery industry on the occasion. They invited all members to visit the iba exhibition to be held at Munich, Germany, September 15-20.
