The New M-VT Vertical Oven from MECATHERM Awarded at iba and Gulfood

MECATHERM’s M-VT oven received the iba Award 2023 in the Oven category at the iba 2023 trade fair in Munich and the Industry Excellence 2023 prize in the Best Processing Innovation category at the Gulfood Manufacturing show in Dubai.

MECATHERM, one of the world leaders in the design of equipment and automatic production lines for bakery, pastry and patisserie production and other products in the Food sector, has just been awarded two very prestigious awards for its new M-VT oven. This innovation, unveiled at the iba show last month, received the iba Award 2023 in the Oven category and the Gulfood Industry Excellence Award 2023, in the Best Processing Innovation category at the Gulfood Manufacturing show in Dubai.

The M-VT oven offers high baking quality for a wide range of products ranging from crusty bread to pastries and other soft products. This new oven is extremely compact and guarantees optimal industrial performance. Its connectivity means that data can be collected and processed to produce a performance report or even monitor its energy consumption. Day-to-day use and maintenance are also made easier, thanks to its integrated digital tools.
