DuPont introduces new initiative for coating systems
DuPont announces the launch of a new initiative, DuPont Industrial Bakery Solutions (DIBS), that assures the provision of high quality nonstick coating system solutions to industrial bakeries marketed under the DuPontTM Teflon® brand.
Its intention is to create new opportunities for industrial bakeries to drive efficiency and improve the hygiene and safety of their operations whilst simultaneously improving the quality and nutritional benefit of their final products.
The DIBS systems, of which there are eight at launch, are exclusively available on trays and moulds manufactured and marketed by a network of licensed DIBS marketers and are applied by a separate network of licensed DIBS applicators.
Initially available in Europe, Australia and China, the DIBS systems and network of marketers and applicators will be expanded into other regions during 2012 and 2013.
