The leading supplier trade fair for the Brazilian food industry, ANUTEC BRAZIL, has announced that the number of exhibitors has increased to 111 (2014: 81) and the exhibition area has grown by a quarter.

ANUTEC BRAZIL has developed positively since its first event in terms of internationality. While there were exhibitors from nine countries in 2014, this year top brands from 17 countries will utilize the trade fair as a business platform to present their products and innovations to decision makers from the Brazilian and Latin American food industry.

Technology companies Bizerba, Foodmate, Handtmann, Incomaf, Jarvis, Marel, Middleby, Multivac, Poly-Clip and Ulma will be present, plus many more. It’s not just the large number of renowned exhibitors that makes a visit to ANUTEC BRAZIL attractive; the public will also profit from an up-to-date, industry-oriented supporting program, in which scientific and industry experts present the food industry’s leading trends. The Fraunhofer Institute, Europe’s leading organization for applied research, will be represented for the first time.

The event was first held in 2014 and is now considered an important industry platform in the Brazilian food industry, continuing its growth trajectory with a sophisticated trade fair format. Reasons for the positive development of ANUTEC BRAZIL are the relevance of the Brazilian food industry, which again intensified its export efforts this year. Also, as a result of its high degree of internationality, its professionalism, its top exhibitors and the trade fair concept that coordinates closely with the needs of the region and the industry, the trade fair has positioned itself successfully in the competitive environment.
