At this year’s Internorga (13–17 March 2026 – Hamburg Messe (Hall A4 / Booth 108), Atollspeed and WIESHEU place their consulting expertise and solution competence firmly in the spotlight, focusing on the key trend of snacking. Set within an inviting bistro atmosphere and complemented by premium espresso specialties prepared on traditional and hybrid portafilter machines from Astoria and WEGA, visitors can experience firsthand how snack concepts can be implemented profitably in the out-of-home market. At the center of the presentation are compact oven solutions designed for the preparation of hot snacks and freshly baked goods in the smallest of spaces.
The Atollspeed high-speed oven is a powerful space-saving solution, enabling the rapid preparation of a wide variety of hot snacks with consistently high quality. In addition to its performance, Atollspeed impresses with reliability and ease of operation, fitting effortlessly into even the smallest kitchens or directly behind the counter.
Operators looking to bake or finish-bake fresh bakery products in-house alongside hot snacks will find the energy-efficient Mix’n’Match combination to be the ideal solution. It combines the WIESHEU Minimat 43 S shop oven with the Atollspeed 300T plus high-speed oven. Both the Atollspeed and the Minimat operate without a high-voltage power connection and can be seamlessly integrated into virtually any foodservice concept. Intuitive operation significantly reduces staff training time while ensuring consistently high product quality across a wide range of applications.
Atollspeed: Two Technologies, One Perfect Snack
Filled panini, crispy pizza slices, breakfast creations such as omelettes and pancakes, or sweet classics like lava cakes and apple strudel – Atollspeed’s hybrid technology enables snacks, traditional dishes, and bakery products to be regenerated fresh in seconds with consistently high quality. Atollspeed appliances combine impingement heat and microwave technology: accelerated hot air, reaching speeds of up to five meters per second, ensures fast, even browning and a crisp surface, while the microwave heats the product evenly from the inside. As a result, frozen products are ready in just 2.5 to five minutes, while chilled items such as panini require only ten to 45 seconds. An integrated hot-spot plate, constantly heated to 260–270°C, guarantees a perfectly crisp base. The compact hybrid oven requires only a standard 220–230 V power connection and stands out for its ease of use, individually programmable baking programs, and intelligent accessories. This makes Atollspeed the perfect addition for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, petrol stations, and convenience stores.
Mix’n’Match Oven Kombination – Fresh Bakery Products and Snacks
WIESHEU also demonstrates how to successfully enter the baking and snacking business with its energy-efficient Mix’n‘Match Unit. Combining the WIESHEU Minimat 43 S shop oven with the Atollspeed 300T plus, the plug-and-play station operates on a standard 230 V connection and bakes, heats, and regenerates a wide range of bakery products and snacks at any location – without complex installation and with maximum flexibility. This makes the solution ideally suited for space-saving use in smaller shops, convenience stores, petrol stations, and chain foodservice operations. While the Minimat reliably delivers high-quality baking results for rolls, croissants, and fine pastries, the Atollspeed regenerates chilled and frozen snacks in record time.
Whether paired with a sweet snack or a freshly baked croissant, excellent coffee completes the perfect taste experience – together forming a winning combination. For this reason, the WIESHEU Group continues its long-standing cooperation with coffee machine manufacturers Astoria and WEGA at Internorga. Together, they demonstrate how innovative food concepts can be successfully implemented under today’s market challenges.
