INTERNORGA Future Award 2017

The INTERNORGA Future Award, which honors companies that pursue sustainable policies with positive environmental impact, will be presented for the seventh time in 2017. 

It is bestowed in four categories and has established itself as one of the most important awards in the restaurant and foodservice market, at both national and international levels. More than 100 applications were submitted in 2016. Applications and recommendations can be sent up to the deadline January, 15. INTERNORGA takes place March, 17-21. 

The INTERNORGA Future Award Categories:

Trendsetter Company – Artisan honors artisan companies such as butchers and bakers that combine their traditional manufacturing methods with innovative technologies and sustainable management.

Trendsetter Company – HORECA is aimed at companies from the hotel, restaurant, catering and institutional catering sectors. They are expected to show how to combine business operations and sustainable management, for example by using environmentally friendly ingredients, by resource and energy efficiency, or by fair trading.

Trendsetter Product – Food & Beverages honors innovative food and beverages that are characterized by organic ingredients, high quality or fair production conditions.

Trendsetter Product – Fittings & Equipment honors smart solutions which are long-lasting and efficient in operation, and in use of energy and materials. This category also includes technical innovations which optimize working processes and thus set new standards.

The winners of the INTERNORGA Future Award are selected by a panel of judges made up of leading representatives from business companies, the scientific community and civil society.
