Modern Bakery Moscow is the only exhibition in Moscow that displays the entire diversity of the Russian bakery and confectionery market. The trade fair in Russia is preparing an interesting educational program for bakers, confectioners, technicians and businessmen this year.
Over 15,000 top decision makers, industry experts and technologists ranging from traditional craft bakers to industrial bakeries, confectioneries as well as food retailers, coffee shops and shop fitters meet at Modern Bakery Moscow, March 14-17.
School of Modern Bakers and Confectioners
The organizers invite technologists to participate in Further Education for Technologists “School of Modern Bakers and Confectioners”, which will take place at Modern Bakery Moscow 2016.
The School is organized in cooperation with the Union of the Producers of Food Ingredients (SPPI), Moscow State University of Food Production, and the industry professionals from leading industry institutes.
All participants will receive certificate of Moscow State University of Food Production and the Union of Food Ingredients Producers.
Those who apply until February 29 will receive a 25 per cent discount on participation in the School.

Career Day at Modern Bakery Moscow
Another opportunity at Modern Bakery Moscow is Career Day.
Career Day at Modern Bakery Moscow gives young specialists an opportunity to post their CVs on the “Job Wall” booths and find out about open vacancies in visitors and exhibitors companies.
Students, job seekers, and potential employers are invited to send their CVs, and information about open vacancies and internships to Inna Varyukhina, by March 10.
“Career Day” Forum will be the final stage of the event, which will be held in the conference hall in Pavilion 7.6 on March 17. During the Forum, beginners and professionals can learn how to write a successful CV, obtain information about the typical mistakes on interviews, and learn about internships and job vacancies in exhibitors companies.
