The event will take place between September 24 and 25. It will bring together representatives from France, Kuwait, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Sweden, Russia, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Malaysia, Singapore, China, UK, Brazil, South Korea, and Taiwan.
The Bocuse d’Or involves approximately 60 national rounds and continental qualifying events that take place over a two-year period. The process is invariably concluded with the final in Lyon, France, in the heart of the Sirha trade fair. The event brings together 24 young chefs from around the world – among the most promising talents in their generation and country – and has them prepare two recipes in five hours and 35 minutes precisely, live in front of an enthusiastic audience.
