TNA Solutions will use interpack (7–13 May, Messe Düsseldorf) to showcase integrated solutions designed to help snack and confectionery manufacturers “do more with less” in a challenging operating environment.
Exhibiting in Hall 14, Stand C56 & D56, the company will present new intelligent systems spanning packaging, seasoning, distribution, confectionery processing and digital technologies. The focus is on line-level integration, with TNA positioning connected ecosystems as a way to future-proof production without adding operational complexity.
“Food manufacturers are under pressure to deliver more consistent results with less waste — of time, energy and operator effort,” said CEO Michael Jonson. “At interpack, we’ll demonstrate how simplicity in design and operation translates into tangible gains across the entire production line.”
Addressing labour shortages and rising costs, TNA will highlight simplified line design and reduced manual intervention to maintain throughput while easing demands on operators and maintenance teams. Live demonstrations will include the latest additions to its packaging portfolio and the new tna roflo® conveying technology, designed to improve product flow, minimise stoppages and speed up recovery times.
For confectionery producers, the company will introduce enhancements to its mogul systems, with a focus on improved energy efficiency, faster cleaning to reduce downtime and labour requirements, and upgraded safety features aimed at lowering contamination risk.
Responding to growing health and wellness expectations, TNA will also present developments in its batch-frying technology, targeting greater process control and consistency to support better-for-you snack production without compromising taste or throughput.
Digitalisation will be another key theme, with TNA demonstrating user-focused tools including tna intelli-assist, an extended-reality experience designed to visualise line integration and future upgrades.
As part of its sustainability efforts, TNA will donate EUR70 per customer registration at the show to the Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation.
