AB Enzymes Announces the Launch of VERON® Hyperbake-ST Flex

VERON® Hyperbake-ST Flex is the novel baking lipase in the Hyperbake family designed to combine highest dough stability and additional baking volume with convenient dosing and flexible formulation.

It is intended for global baking applications, especially for medium and long proofing conditions.

“While our bestseller lipase VERON® Hyperbake-ST is excellently suited for straight dough applications, we recommend VERON® Hyperbake-ST Flex for enhanced formulation flexibility in processes with medium to long proofing times.
