Domino Sugar Launches Ultrafine Baker’s Sugar for Professional-Grade Baking

Domino Sugar has launched Domino Baker’s Sugar in the US, a new ultrafine white sugar designed to deliver professional-level performance in cakes, frostings, and glazes.

The finer grain size allows for faster dissolving, improved aeration, and smoother texture, making it ideal for both commercial and home baking. The product can be used as a one-for-one substitute for standard granulated sugar, offering added convenience without requiring recipe adjustments.

“Great baking starts with precision, and Domino Baker’s Sugar makes it effortless,” said Eleonora Lahud, Senior Research Chef at Domino Sugar. Marketing Vice President Paula Summers added that the product is aimed at helping bakers “elevate their craft to new heights.”

Available in the brand’s Easy Baking Tub, Domino Baker’s Sugar is Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher certified, and features the H2R recycling icon on its packaging.
