KRÖNER-STÄRKE to Launch Organic Protein at BIOFACH 2021

Clean-label ingredients company KRÖNER-STÄRKE will showcase its range of products at the forthcoming BIOFACH show (February 17-19, 2021), the world’s leading trade fair for organic food. KRÖNER-STÄRKE will be highlighting its popular organic gluten along with its organic gluten-free wheat starch, a solution for those wishing to produce gluten free goods that are still wheat-based without the use of artificial substitutes. Additionally, this year’s BIOFACH show will mark the launch of KRÖNER-STÄRKE’s newly developed Organic Glustar 100, a denatured protein which is used to enrich protein content in bread or as a meat replacer. This ingredient will be highlighted alongside the company’s functional vegan mayonnaise solution, Organic MAYOFIX Vegan.

This year’s show has been dubbed the BIOFACH E-special as, due to ongoing COVID restrictions, it will be going virtual, giving exhibitors the opportunity to set up open discussion forums for company and product presentations via online videoconferencing.
