Vemag Maschinenbau GmbH, one of the leading machine manufacturers for the baking industry, presented various applications for the baking industry at Anuga FoodTec.
From whole grain, pizza or shortbread dough and bar production to toast production and portioning of masses – the solutions from VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH, Verden/Aller, Germany, fulfil the wishes of the baking industry thanks to their high flexibility. The focus and know-how of the traditional company from northern Germany is on dough and mixture portioning.
VEMAG machines are generally modular designed. This is possible due to the interchangeable double screws and to the various attachments that can be fitted to the portioner.
The double screw of the portioner is able to convey doughs and different masses with different consistencies, from stiff to more liquid. Even masses and doughs with large-sized inclusions such as nuts, dried fruit and chocolate can be conveyed and separated without any problems. The mass or dough is fed and transported very gently and ensures extraordinarily accurate weights.
The VEMAG system can even be used to manufacture products with fillings with the help of corresponding attachments. Thus, a classic dough portioner can be converted into a system for the production of co-extruded products, such as filled pizza pockets, in just a few steps within a short time.
All VEMAG machine housings are made of stainless steel and are encapsulated. This proven box-in-box system is a unique selling point of VEMAG machines and guarantees both maximum hygiene and unique machine availability.
