Bakery expert Bridor have developed a series of new products in response to key food and drink trends influencing the industry, launched with the occasion of its 30th anniversary.
These include a range of 100% pure butter Viennese pastries, with colorful and tasty toppings and intensely flavored centers. Flavors include muesli and blueberry, raspberry cheesecake, and triple chocolate.
Simple and easy to prepare, these pastries are ready to bake from frozen, delivered proved and egg-washed. With a defrost time of 30 minutes and a baking time of 16-18 minutes, “they offer a practical solution that guarantees freshness and flexibility all day long,” says Bridor.

The second range that was launched B’Break rolls to tap into the popularity of on-the-go snacking and are a great all-round bakery option. Free from preservatives, additives and colorings, B’Break rolls are available in four flavors – coco-chocolate chip, muesli, olive & rosemary, and chorizo.
