Vandemoortele USA is expanding its premium Banquet D’Or pastry range with a new Biscoff-filled croissant, developed in partnership with Lotus Bakeries. The launch brings a contemporary twist to the classic French croissant, combining Banquet D’Or’s signature flaky pastry with a creamy Biscoff filling and a topping of crunchy Biscoff crumbs.
Targeted at the North American foodservice market, the croissants are delivered frozen and bake-ready, allowing preparation in under 30 minutes. The new flavour joins the brand’s existing line-up of filled croissants, which includes Pistachio, Chocolate, Apricot, Strawberry, and Raspberry.
The Biscoff-filled croissant will make its debut at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, running from 17–20 May 2025.
