Del Monte Foods has recently unveiled a new product under its Contadina brand, which is known for its tomato products. This time, the company is targeting the frozen aisle in the USA with the launch of the new Pizzettas.
Featuring a blend of Roma tomato sauce, real cheese and crust baked with cauliflower, these snacks offer one full serving of vegetables in every five bites. The Pizzettas can be purchased in three selections: Four Cheese, Margherita, and Garden Vegetable and all are with no artificial preservatives or flavors.

Kicking off in Washington D.C. in October and then heading across the East Coast, Contadina wants to introduce Pizzettas directly to customers via its Food Truck Tour. Thus, the snacks will make their debut in select venues including local assemblies like the Baltimore Jazz Festival.
