The dessert features spiced carrot and walnut cake soaked in vanilla milk syrup, layered with cheesecake cream, topped with gajar halwa, and finished with a sprinkle of pistachios. Presented in a premium sealed tin with a bespoke sticker, the product is designed as both an indulgent treat and a stylish gift.
Carrot Cake 2.0 takes inspiration from the South Asian community in the UK, incorporating the nostalgic flavours of gajar halwa while offering a contemporary, elevated format. The tagline “Not Your Nan’s” underlines its playful, modern approach, positioning the launch as a bold departure from traditional recipes.
Available for a limited period this autumn, the dessert marks Heavenly Desserts’ latest effort to blend cultural influences with innovative presentation, offering consumers a distinctive take on a familiar favourite.
