New Spring Lavender Cake from Lady M Confections

Lady M Confections, a bakery chain in North America, has announced the introduction of a new cake, dedicated to spring celebrations such as Mother’s Day. The Lavender Mille Crêpes Cake will be available starting May 1st at the price of USD 108.

The cake features 20 alternating layers of very thin French crêpes and lavender pastry cream that surround a center filling of blackberry jelly. The organic lavender flowers and delicate piping of lavender-blackberry cream make for an elegant finish.

Also new to the menu is the Strawberry Swirl Mille Crêpes Cake. Tart, creamy and sweet, this cake brings together strawberry-infused sponge cake, paper-thin crêpes and strawberry pieces. It’s finished with a swirl of strawberry pastry cream and strawberry powder.
