Cibus Tec, the International Exhibition on Technologies and Solutions for the Food Industry held in Parma, Italy, this October 28-31, announced the show is already sold out and opens new halls.
All exhibition areas are growing and two new halls will be available for this edition, where organisers expect over 500 Chief Technology Officers of the largest food companies from all over the world to participate, according to registrations.
All main historical exhibitors of Cibus Tec – leaders of food processing – have already applied – including GEA, CFT, JBT, CMT, REDA, or Bühler.

Important contributions will come from the “EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering and Design” which will take place on 30 and 31 October and from “Tech Agrifood: Euromediterranean Business Meetings’, a rich programme of meetings and B2Bs dedicated to fruit and vegetables, wine, cereal and oil industries, the organisers announced.
Three evening lectures are announced in the programme, related to key topics dedicated to agro-food sector: bio-plastics, single serve coffee and drink and new trends of digital printing. Furthermore, workshops on processing tomato, ready-meals, fresh cut, milk and dairy products are other interesting opportunities for an in-depth analysis.
Cibus Tec – Food Pack international business matching will be focused on high potential areas like North America, Russia, East Europe, South America, China, India and “Next 11” countries.
