FEB Designates New AIBI Representative


Didier Boudy, CEO of Mademoiselle Desserts and treasurer of the FEB, is now the new representative of the federation at the International Association of Industrial Bakery (AIBI). He replaces Jean-Manuel Leveque, Délifrance CEO.

Mademoiselle Desserts is a major player in France and Europe in ready-to-use frozen confectionery, which employs 1,400 people, with a turnover of EUR210m.

AIBI is the European Federation of Industrial Bakery. Based in Brussels, it brings together 16 national associations and represents them to the European authorities. In addition to its Congress every two years (the next one will be held in Manchester in 2019), AIBI regularly organizes technical meetings and symposiums for its members (the next one will be held on April 18 and will focus on the promotion of bread in Europe).
