Integrated Bakery Joins BakeryTechChina

Integrated Bakery has become a partner in BakeryTechChina, a consortium of Dutch companies active in the industrial bakery sector.

The focus in China lies on improving the industrial bakery production, safety and quality levels throughout the entire value chain by sharing Dutch expertise. The consortium makes this available throughout the entire value chain, from ingredients up to cooling and total bakery system integration.

The other Dutch industrial bakery companies that are participating in the consortium are Zeelandia, Unispray, Sobatech, Rademaker, Tanis Food Tec, Ventilex, Dijko and Koma.

“We are looking forward to the cooperation with all members, and to successes in China together”, said Frans van der Schoot, founder and owner of Integrated Bakery.

Together with the consortium members, Integrated Bakery will exhibit at Bakery China, held on May 9-12 in the SNIEC halls of Shanghai.

The consortium is guided by Larive Internation, a company with experience in business development in high growth markets, from defining the best entry strategy all the way to supporting the local implementation. They have a local presence in over 20 countries across the globe, including China, which enables them to provide expert advice and practical assistance in the BakeryTechChina consortium.
