Bakery Management Forum Gives Insights at Fair in Manila

 

The Bakery Management Forum will give the visitors the opportunity to ask the experts about the procedures and practices in the baking industry, held during Bakery Fair Philippines, the ninth international exhibition on bakery confectionery and foodservice equipment and Supplies in Manila, the Philippines (February 17-19). 

The forum takes place February 18 (10 AM – 12 PM), within the fairground.  The event is organized to showcase technological advancements and techniques in baking, gain competitive intelligence about market leaders, and track industry trends and its opportunities under one roof.

The ninth International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery and Foodservice Equipment and Supplies takes place at the World Trade Center Metro Manila.

The event is supported by its bakery specialist members, with the support of the industry allied players and the 13 country-members of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery and Confectionery Association.

There is a growing consumer interest in artisan style breads in all markets.

The continuous launch of new bakery products has prompted the baking manufacturers to remain committed to keeping consumers interested in their brands.

Existing bakeries are expanding their offering of their products for breads which are perceived to be healthy or simply for new bread types, to give added variety to the bread offering.
