Bakery&Pastry, the 12th International Exhibition of Equipment, Ingredients and Supplies for the Bakery and Pastry Industry, will return to the Singapore Expo in 2016, April 12 – 15.
As one of the six specialized events of Food&HotelAsia2016 (FHA2016), Bakery&Pastry2016 showcases a wide range of the latest bakery equipment and ingredients. Asia Pastry Cup 2016
Lauded as a major platform for talented pastry professionals in the Asian pastry scene, the Asian Pastry Cup attracts top pastry chefs from across Asia who will represent their country to vie for top honors. This renowned pastry competition aims to ignite creativity and innovation of the pastry artists to elevate a delightful pastry presentation from the ordinary to dazzling contemporary pastry creations. In addition to being evaluated by a panel of influential pastry connoisseurs, the chefs will also be competing under the watchful eyes of a ‘live’ audience.
