COVID-19: Campden Announces Free Food Safety Training
Research company Campden BRI announces new free online training course providing an overview on Covid-19 to food manufacturing workers, stating that keeping the workforce safe is imperative.
Aside from protecting their personal safety, it will ensure that the production s supermarkets and grocery stores does not stop at this critical time.
To help in efforts to contain the rapid spread of the novel coronavirus, Intertek Alchemy, a Total Quality Assurance provider to a range of industries worldwide, has created a new training course “Covid-19: Overview” to ensure food manufacturing workers know how to:
- mitigate the spread of the coronavirus;
- recognize symptoms and protect ourselves from respiratory illnesses;
- prevent transmission to others.
“Supporting the food chain is vital so we thought we’d share this training video with you. You can go straight to the course, and if you are responsible for training, you can also download it to your learning management system,” said Campden BRI.
