With just a week left until Sweets and Bakes Asia starts, approximately 5,000 visitors are anticipated to attend the show in Singapore in March 6-8, as well as 150 exhibitors from 10 different countries.
The Asian Bakery Summit will be one of the event’s highlights at the event held in parallel with the International Coffee and Tea Industry Expo 2014. Bakery seminars and workshops will be held, as well as the Singapore National Bakery Championships.
The show will also host the International Federation of Chinese Bakery & Confectionery Associations (IFCBCA)’s Annual Congress.
The event is organised by the Singapore Bakery and Confectionery Trade Association and supported by IFCBCA, All China Bakery Association (ACBA), and Singapore Food Manufacturers Association. Updates on the show’s organisation will start being published soon on the event’s website. Asia Pacific Baker and European Baker magazines will provide all the exhibition updates in the following months as well.
Sweets & Bakes Asia 2014 will be held concurrently with Café Asia 2104 and International Coffee & Tea Industry Expo, providing a one-stop service hub for entrepreneurs, café owners and F & B managers to explore business opportunities and source for relevant supplies and products.
