DIOSNA Presents Innovative Fermentation, Granulation and Mixing Technology at interpack

DIOSNA will present solutions for the food industry in the areas of fermentation, granulation and mixing at interpack 2023. 

Among the highlights is the WH240 A Wendel Mixer at DIOSNA’s booth. Designed as an open construction with hygienically optimized stainless steel profiles it provides easy cleaning with short downtimes. Combined with all the advantages of the innovative DIOSNA Wendel Mixer technology, it is ideally suited for all types of dough, masses, and bars. 

The all-rounder – universal mixer V100 – is an universal mixer that combines proven mixing technology with a flexible range of applications in the food industry as well as in the pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics and cosmetics industries. For a wide range of food applications, e.g. sports nutrition, instant beverages, instant soups and spices, the mixer delivers excellent mixing results with short process times for solid mixtures – even with the addition of liquids. The mixer is available from the smallest scale with an 11.5 liter vessel to large systems with up to 1,400 liter vessels. Experience the all-rounder at interpack.
