Dynamic Conveyor to Showcase Innovative Sanitary Conveyor Solutions at EATS 2025

The PetFood Demoline features the DynaClean Horizontal Conveyor, a flat conveyor that serves as an essential part of the pet food production line. A key advantage of the DynaClean system is its ease of installation and cleaning, which ensures faster start-up and less downtime in pet food production lines. The system’s removable belting allows for thorough cleaning of internal conveyor components, preventing cross-contamination between different pet food recipes. To suit various facility layouts and requirements, internal and external motor options provide flexibility in design, and a ceiling-hung option offers space optimization in pet food manufacturing facilities.
The DynaClean system is available in various configurations, including flat, angle, angle Z, vertical Z, and radius turn. Belt widths range from 1 inch up to 48 inches of usable width, with lengths up to 100 feet. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of pet food applications, from small kibble to large packages of wet food. The system’s design prioritizes hygiene and efficiency, with features such as 1″ standoffs on all supports to improve sanitation, and multiple options for solid surface polyurethane, link-style modular, or metal mesh belting to accommodate different pet food textures and moisture levels.
Also, on display in the company’s booth will be the DynaClean Radius Turn Conveyor, a food-grade system designed with a unique radius configuration that optimizes space, ensures smooth product flow, and maintains product orientation while reducing manual handling and overall operational footprint. The modular construction of the system allows for straightforward integration into compact floor layouts and existing equipment, supporting a flexible approach to production needs.
Among the featured innovations, the DynaClean features patented toolless disassembly, enabling complete breakdown and reassembly in minutes. This capability dramatically reduces cleaning time and minimizes production downtime, making it ideally suited for operations with stringent sanitation requirements. Built with corrosion-resistant materials such as HDPE, UHMW, and stainless steel, DynaClean conveyors are engineered for durability and compatibility with harsh washdown environments. The system is further enhanced with tensionless belts to eliminate tracking issues, customizable belting options for a variety of applications, and plug-and-play drives for effortless integration with existing lines. Additionally, the wire belt on DynaClean models is designed for gentle handling and effective transfer of a variety of food products.
