IMCD to Present Solutions and Ingredients at Fi South America 2025

IMCD Group will exhibit in the 27th edition of Food ingredients South America (FiSA), the leading ingredients event for the food and beverage industries in South America. The event takes place from August 26 to 28 in São Paulo, Brazil.

With strategies focused on nutrition, taste/texture, and affordability, IMCD will present at FiSA 2025 a portfolio inspired by the concept of a coffee shop, showing how it is possible to combine indulgence, convenience, and nutritional balance. The developed formulations explore the smart reduction of ingredients, the addition of fibres, and the use of technologies that preserve flavour and texture even with composition adjustments.

To bring this concept to life, IMCD Brazil will showcase tasting prototypes developed to complement coffee moments:

• Provolone Cheese Bread – A Brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo) with 20% less cheese, offering the same indulgent texture and authentic provolone flavour.
• Savory Muffin – Mini cheese & leek muffin with 20% reduced cheese, delivering a fluffy bite with balanced flavour.
• Choco Cookie – A mini chocolate cookie designed as a coffee accompaniment, with 30% less cocoa and improved resistance to breakage.
• Fiber-enriched Chocolate – A fibre-enriched chocolate with smooth vanilla notes, perfect alongside coffee.
• Creamy Cheese Dip – A creamy cheese–style dip with 40% less dairy cream, maintaining rich taste and spreadability.
• Guava Delight Dip – A fruity guava dip bringing a traditional Brazilian tropical flavour with a sweet-and-savoury twist. Perfectly paired with pão de queijo for an authentic Brazilian taste experience.
• JuiceSmart Drink – A mixed beverage with reduced juice and sugar content, created to balance flavour and affordability.
• Dulce de Leite Frappuccino – A ready-to-drink concept with MCT, bringing creamy mouthfeel and indulgent dulce de leche taste to pair with coffee.
• Cinnamon Brioche Toast – A soft brioche toast topped with honey & cinnamon, enriched with fibre for a wholesome sweet treat.
