The extensive fringe program is an integral part of Modern Bakery Moscow. Annually the trade fair comprises numerous events such as:

“Novelties of Ingredients and Raw Materials” Master Classes
Master classes will present the most innovative recipes and trends. Key market players pertaining to ingredients and raw materials for bakery and confectionery – Kotányi, SolPro, Erkonproduct, Berta, Vostok-Zapad, Baker&Confectioner – will hold demonstrations.
Visitors can attend master classes free of charge, but preliminary registration to Modern Bakery Moscow is required.

These master classes will showcase eclairs, ideal dessert lists, sales-hit cakes, mass market, exclusive decoration and more.

German Pavilion
Leading manufacturers from Germany, including Anton Ohlert, Aurora Bakery, Brabender, Daxner, Heuft, Sollich, Wiesheu and many other companies comprise the German Pavilion at the trade fair. The companies will present their latest developments and technologies.
The Pavilion is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the German Engineering Association (VDMA).
