The 21st edition of Modern Bakery Moscow is close, as the trade fair opens its gates in Moscow IEC Expocentre on April 22-24. A wide range of equipment and ingredients for the baking and confectionery industry is presented here as the one of the most important bakery related events in Russia.
Leading companies have confirmed their participation in Modern Bakery Moscow 2015, an important networking platform for bakery and confectionery industry in Russia and the CIS.
Modern Bakery Moscow is the only trade fair in Russia and the CIS that covers all topics in the bakery and confectionery industry, from ingredients, ovens, manufacturing facilities and machinery to packaging materials, including:
– equipment for baking,
– laboratory and instrumentation,
– refrigeration and air conditioning,
– packaging,
– equipment for production of fast food,

In the previous exhibition, held at the end of April 2014, 212 companies from 22 countries exhibited at the show. Over 15,000 visitors from 43 countries had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and developments of the industry during four days of the exhibition.

Mecatherm, the industrial bakery manufacturing equipment producer will be present at booth 21C.1.1 and will be showcasing its production lines and a range of integrated solutions to a professional audience. Mecatherm creates and designs machines, automatic production lines and continuous ovens for a variety of products, like crusty bread: baguettes, ciabatta, biscotti, or soft bread and pastries: buns, pizzas, quiches, hot-dog, macaroons, croissants.
Italy, Turkey, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, CzechRepublic, Austria, France and many other countries are represented at the trade fair in 2015.
