A trainer who comes for a half or full day to the respective company helps with the planning and optimization of the trade fair appearance. Together with the exhibitor, he develops an individual training plan, which optimally prepares the team based on practical examples for the trade fair appearance. In addition, the expert helps with the design of a customized exhibition script that covers all phases of the project and ensures the presentation of products and company messages at #iba2015 in a perfect way.

Full support for iba exhibitors for the preparation of the industry highlight of the year: In addition to individual in-house trainings before the trade fair, iba offers exhibitors live-moderated online trainings, a budget planner and a so-called stand configurator.

In addition to that, iba offers additional free tools for preparation and planning on its website www.iba.de. These include, for example, a budget planner and a so-called stand configurator. Using these, the exhibitors can customize the look and features of their fair stand online and calculate the respective costs.

Furthermore, webinars convey useful tips for a successful trade fair participation. During these moderated online trainings, an expert trains the iba exhibitors for their trade fair presence and provides useful information for the preparation and the time during and after the trade fair. For iba exhibitors, webinars are free. After registration, contents are transferred to the computers in one’s own office.

“The trade fair offers a comprehensive market overview, shows bakers and confectioners current and future developments, and shows the entire sector the way for the upcoming three years’’, said Dieter Dohr, CEO and president of the trade fair organization GHM Gesellschaft für Handwerksmessen mbH.
